- being aware of a conversational technique to make a great first impression
- learning a strategy for remembering names – learn 30 names in 20 minutes
- understanding the impact of having a great memory.
Face-to-Face Workshop Content
This workshop explores the importance of first impressions and making an immediate impact. The workshop identifies why it is important to remember someone’s name, the impact of remembering names, and focuses on the negative behaviours we display when we forget someone’s name that we should be able to remember.
Participants are taken out of their comfort zone as they are challenged to master a technique for remembering people’s names.
This is a high energy, practical workshop that will amaze participants with what they can achieve in a short period of time.
