How To Be Resilient
A person has resilience through confidence, self-belief, an optimistic outlook, good planning, a calm objective stance and time discipline.
Resilient workers are highly productive and good for business. They can cope with change, take on challenges and persist when things look bleak. It’s what recruiters look for in candidates – the ability to deal with whatever comes along.
In 90 minutes participants will learn how to withstand or recover from difficult situations by:
● understanding the power of positive beliefs
● taking responsibility
● seeing the bigger picture
● becoming aware of the 5 core principles for building resilience.
