This complimentary session (Module 1 from The Leading Edge Management Development Programme) is delivered as a 90-minute Virtual Workshop. With the full programme, you decide on the format that best suits your needs. Choose any number of modules from the 12 module titles. Each module can be delivered as a full day, as a half-day (3 hours) or as a 90-minute virtual workshop. across 6 months or 12 months.

This complimentary session is delivered virtually. The full programme is delivered either in-house (face-to-face) or virtually (as a series of 90-minute virtual workshops).
