How To Develop and Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Within Your Organisation on Tuesday 11th May (3.00 pm – 4.00 pm), repeated again on Thursday 13th May (10.00 am – 11.00 am & 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm).
Whether you are in HR, L&D, OD or management roles, this complimentary workshop will give you some food for thought and provide you with ideas and a taste of what we at Leading Edge Leadership can do to support you in your journey toward a more diverse working environment for all of your employees.
This is a great opportunity to explore your own approach and the approach of other represented organisations in the workshop – and a chance to share and discuss some of the current issues.
In this one-hour workshop we will briefly explore how to:
- enhance the awareness and understanding of the value of an inclusive workforce and meeting the needs of diverse service users and clients
- ensure a sound knowledge of good diversity and inclusion practices in the workplace
- maximise the engagement of your staff
- ensure staff/managers/leaders are meeting your organisation’s legal obligations
Delivered on our Zoom platform the workshop is a great opportunity to experience at first-hand Leading Edge Leadership’s highly interactive, practical and exciting workshops with the use of features such as chat, breakout rooms, polling, idea boards, short facilitated discussions, story-telling and multimedia.
