We facilitate a group activity to identify the six characteristics of an excellent leader – what the best leaders know, do, say, see, hear and look like.

In a practical breakout room activity participants identify the key qualities of an excellent leader

We explore the three things all excellent leaders do and the workshop concludes with an activity to identify each participant’s leadership point of view.
