How To Delegate
Delegation is an essential part of management. In fact anyone can delegate. Yet being able to “let go” and delegate tasks to others is often difficult. The temptation is just to do it yourself – after all you are likely to do a much better and quicker job and the reality is it is going to take more time than it’s worth to explain it all to someone else.
Not true.
The secret of effective delegation is delegating properly and this virtual workshop shows you how.
In 90 minutes participants will learn how to delegate effectively by:
- completing a self-evaluation How Well Do You Delegate?
- understanding the true purpose of delegation
- knowing the difference between work allocation and delegation
- becoming familiar with the 5 steps for effective delegation.
