The ability to cope with change is crucial to business and organisational success. To remain competitive in challenging times we have to adopt a positive attitude to change as change should always be seen as an opportunity.
Organisations seeking to change need to engage their people to not only be recipients of change but to be proactive in finding new ways of doing things.
In 90 minutes participants will learn how to lead successful change by:
- completing a self-evaluation ‘How Well Do I Embrace Change?’
- understanding the one thing that needs to happen for successful change to happen
- learning a simple step-by-step process for leading successful change
- becoming familiar with the change curve and how to deal with resistance to change.
In this workshop participants identify how well they embrace change personally and they take part in a fascinating practical activity to identify the one thing that needs to happen for successful change to happen.
We identify the 5 steps necessary for achieving successful change and we look at good practice at each of the 5 steps.
Participants are introduced to the change curve and a range of techniques for dealing with resistance to change.
